THESE SMALL, BEAUTIFUL, GREEN TEA PEARLS, SCENTED WITH JASMINE BLOSSOMS ARE A RARE TEA CELLAR FAVORITE. TO CREATE THIS UNIQUE TEA, YOUNG GREEN TEA LEAVES ARE HAND-ROLLED INTO DELICATE PEARLS AND DRIED. ONCE DRY, THE PEARLS ARE GENTLY BLENDED WITH NIGHT-BLOOMING JASMINE FLOWERS. AS THE JASMINE FLOWERS OPEN, THEY IMPART THEIR INTOXICATING FRAGRANCE ON TO THE PEARLS. AFTER BLOOMING, EACH JASMINE FLOWER IS REMOVED BY HAND. THIS PROCESS HAPPENS A MINIMUM OF FIVE TIMES ENSURING THE DELICATE SCENT IS CARRIED THROUGHOUT THE PEARLS.
